It is typically too much interference from other RF devices Try: reset them both - un plug - reconnect - update to latest software - place closer to sound bar One or all of those should resolve your issue

Also, please Install the speaker system, the optional rear speakers, and the subwoofer at a distance of 1.5 m (5 ft) or more from a wireless LAN router, etc. It may be improved by setting [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Speaker Settings] - [Wireless Playback Quality] to [Connection].
