• Best under the tv if mounted on wall. 3.75 inches below the tv if on a stand. Sound bar need 3.75 inches to clear the base of the tv screen.

• We Have our 65"TV on a wall mount but the sound bar is about 3 in" tall so not sure if this helps you but is a great Sound bar
