“If the soundbar is 1.3 m long and on a new 55’ A80J Sony Bravia the distance between the stand legs in the soundbar configuation is only 1 mtr how would this soundbar fit between them? The legs protrude significantly in the soundbar configuration.”

I have a 55, and this will not fit between the legs.. you would have to have room in front of them.

For this, if the HTA7000 soundbar does not fit in between the TV stand even if the TV stand is on Soundbar Position with 40 7/8 inch clearance, you have the option to have the soundbar mounted instead using our supplied mounting bracket for the HTA7000.
