Hi there, Thank you for choosing Sony! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your HTA9. We'd love to troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, the HTA9 will let you enjoy object audio content, such as Dolby Atmos - Dolby TrueHD and DTS:X or multi-channel LPCM content that cannot be transmitted with ARC by connecting the speaker system and TV or projector compatible with eARC using an HDMI cable. Please make sure that the connectors are firmly inserted and enable the Control for HDMI function on the TV or Projector. If the Control for HDMI function on the TV or Projector is not enabled, or Projector sound will not be output from the speaker system. Also, please check if the content being played supports Dolby Atmos. If not, please enable Immersive AE feature. Please follow these steps to enable Immersive AE. [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Sound Field Optimization] Should you need further assistance, please contact us for help. Unfortunately, due to the current Best Buy phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HI, Without knowing your exact situation, I would recommend checking a couple of things. One is to make sure that the speakers are in the correct positions. they are each labeled front/rear left/right on the bottom of each speaker (FL,FR,RL,RR). Also, make sure you do the setup procedure...on the remote select [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] - [Speaker Settings] - [Sound Field Optimization]. For best results also make sure 'immersive AE' is activated (i read somewhere that there is no time that it is better to have this turned off ;) hope this helps :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
