Hi Dopamine, Thank you for your inquiry. Dolby Atmos content and pre-programmed sound effects (sound mode) are not delivered through wireless connections of Bluetooth, AirPlay, or Chromecast. As an alternative, you can use the HDMI IN port of the system to play Dolby Atmos format content output from a playback device such as Streaming devices, Blu-ray Disc player, set-top box, gaming console, etc. If your TV is compatible with eARC, you can also output the Dolby Atmos by connecting an AV device to the HDMI IN jack on the TV. Please note that the USB port (control box) is for firmware update use only. If you have the files on a USB storage device, you can connect it to the USB port of the TV to enjoy music and video files stored on the device. The HT-A9 features Immersive Audio Enhancement which converts regular audio to Spatial Sound. You can feel immersed by the sound from not only the horizontal direction, but also from the upward direction by working sound modes effectively. The surround effect from all directions differs depending on the sound source. Regards, Jess
