It could but would hang over about 4 1/2 inches on either side. If that’s all I had I’d get a cheap wall mount and do that. It would look better to me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, the sound bar is about 38 1/2” wide so if you were to place this on 28” table, so you would have 10 1/2” hanging off of the table. With that said, I am not sure if it would alter or distort the sound reproduction of the sound bar. You can also mount it to avoid this altogether.
