Press the Auto Sound button on the Soundbar Remote again, it is set to a lower volume than you prefer, pressing it will change the setting

Please try again later.Hi Jordan, because input sources vary in the quality, type and strength of the signal being received, it is normal for the overall volume to differ from input source to input source. Please try to adjust the TV audio output in the setting menu of your TV. If the audio out in the menu doesn't work you can try changing the preset video setting, (vivid, standard, movie...) this can often change the audio that is being output to the sound bar.
