Q: Questionwhen turn on TV and cable from the cable remote, Why HT-S2000 soundbar, always searching for TV connection and for the sound connection, if this soundbar already direct connect to the TV (98" TCL) with HDMI cable. there always delay on the speaker

A temporary malfunction may have occurred. You may also power reset the soundbar. • A:Answer Hi, thank you for your question. The Sony HT-S2000 soundbar is compatible with Sony's SA-SW3 and SA-SW5 subwoofers, but it is not compatible with the SA-WST9 subwoofer model. The SA-WST9 is from a different product line and will not integrate properly with the HT-S2000. Hope this helps.
