Hi Squeaky, Thank you for purchasing the Sony X900H and HTS350 soundbar. We regret to hear you're having audio syncing issues. To isolate this issue, can you tell us how are they connected? Is it via HDMI? optical cable? Bluetooth? When you are watching movies, you may hear the sound with a slight delay from the image when connected via Bluetooth. You can adjust the output timing of the picture and sound with the A/V sync setting from your TV if the picture and sound do not match because the sound is delayed due to the properties of Bluetooth.
