“I don't have HDMI ports built into my walls. Do I need to connect this via cable to my television, or is it truly wireless? The reviews are confusing me. I don't want to see cords - like the clean look in the photos.”

Yes it requires a physical connection to the TV. Either digital optical cable or HDMI. It also has to plug into power so technically 2 cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It is wireless and connects to the TV but you do have to connect the wire from the sound bar to the TV. We did that through the wall since we mounted the TV. It does have a wireless connection to the Big Speaker it comes with, you have to pair that with the buttons on top of the bar. There’s also the remote, which controls the sound bar’s bass. We had a bit of a hard time figuring out as well. In the end, it was worth it, it really makes a difference to the TV experience.
