“I purchased this unit as a gift and it said "installation free." How does the recipient make the appointment to have it installed? Thank you.”

• Call your local Geek Squad & make an appointment. I told them on the phone that I wanted to take advantage of the free installation & they handled it. By the way, free installation does not include the wire harness & mounting kit [if you need the kit for your car].
