• A:Answer Yes but you will need the air to fill in the rest of the space as well as the wiring harness adapter. Here's the stuff you need. I have this in my 02 Wrangler and everything works great, https://www.quadratec.com/products/96082_450X_PG.htm.

• A:Answer Yes it has a clock. You might need a new harness to connect the Sony to the factory stereo plugs in your car. Not a big deal.
