• A:Answer They have 1 year warranty but you have to ship it back to them on your dime. I had a controller which had terrible stick drift so I sent it in only for Sony to send me a "replacement" controller which got the stick drift issue 2 months later. I reshipped the "replacement" controller back to Sony but they said they wouldn't replace it as it was now past the one year warranty... I was out the $25 for shipping. I am now on the 3rd PS5 controller due to stick drift. Sony needs to take some responsibility for there faulty product and should at least take care of the shipping.

• A:Answer Sony hasn’t verified if the DualSense works on a PS4 but they have verified that the dualshock 4 will work in the ps5 but you won’t be able to use it when playing a ps5 game.

• A:Answer The only time this needs to be plugged in besides the initial sync is to charge it with a usb c cable. The two new controllers DO NOT COME WITH A CABLE.

• A:Answer I would not recommend putting the PS5 in an enclosed space such as an entertainment center with a closed door. These new consoles are basically PCs and need plenty of ventilation. Both the X and PS5 have great heat dispersement but you’re playing with fire if you put it in such a small space.
