Hi Staffish, Thanks for the inquiry. You cannot replace the batteries in the WF-LS910N earbuds or the charging case yourself. The earbuds and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate with and from each other, and these settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with both components present. In case one of the earbuds or the charging case is lost or damaged, you should send the remaining items (earbuds and charging case) to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be paired with the remaining components. If the charging case is damaged, it is available as a replacement part from Sony's Authorized Parts Distributor. Regards, -Craig
