  • QuestionIs the case able to wireless charge?

    Asked by Mindy.

    • Answer Hi Mindy, Thank you for your inquiry! The WF-L910 model, also known as LinkBuds Open, does not support wireless charging. The charging case for this model requires a USB cable for charging. We designed these earbuds to provide authentic, high-quality sound as well as newly developed Air Fitting Supporters and accessories that come in multiple color options for unrivalled sound, comfort, and style. The LinkBuds Open feature new and light Air Fitting Supporters for all-day wearing comfort, great for those with an active lifestyle. Regards, Carl

  • QuestionDo they link with PlayStation?

    Asked by PlayStation.

    • Answer Hi PlayStation, Thanks for your question. The PS5 does not natively support Bluetooth audio devices, including Sony Bluetooth headphones. This means pairing your Bluetooth headphones with the PS5 won’t be possible. You won’t be able to find or connect them. You can connect our LinkBuds Open to your television (via Bluetooth- the TV must support Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)) so you can get the audio from the PlayStation. We still recommend using headphones that are designed for consoles. These are the INZONE headphones and earbuds that are compatible with the PlayStation 5 (PS5). These models can be connected to the PS5 using a USB dongle (or wired): • INZONE H3 • INZONE H7 • INZONE H9 • INZONE Buds (WFG700N) If you’re still keen on using your Bluetooth headphones, it’s possible to get a third-party Bluetooth adapter. These adapters plug into the PS5, allowing you to connect regular Bluetooth headphones. However, Sony doesn’t guarantee compatibility or performance. Regards, Jess
