Q: QuestionCan I adjust the volume without using the app or another device to control the volume?

• A:Answer Yes, initially out of the box I'm not sure, once you get them paired to your phone download the Sony App, from there you can assign what the touch sensers do for you. I have mine set so tapping the left bud turns up the volume, and touching the bud constantly turns down the volume.

Q: QuestionDoes this still suffer from the defective battery issue? Apparently most buds around 2022 had a defective battery coupled with a firmware update that fried it. I really liked them but I'm terrified of spending more money if they haven't fixed it.

Charging is supported by using a personal computer with a standard USB port or a commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more. If headphones that support wireless chargers are your priority, then we can recommend you our WF1000XM4. The supplied case of these headphones supports wireless chargers. • A:Answer If you get the right size rubber piece ( it comes with multiple sizes ) and get it to sit properly in your ear. Then they should stay in for the night. However i still have problems with one slipping out. Not the best for sleeping but good enough.
