• Hi Pat, Thank you so much for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the NWA306 Walkman does not have a built-in speaker. It has a 3.5mm stereo mini jack for plugging in headphones. I hope this helps. Regards, Carl

• There is no built-in speaker. It doesn't have anything you'd expect from an Android devic: no speakers, no mic, no GPS, no cameras, no NFC. It's just a music player and expects you to provide good quality headphones.

• No built in speaker. These aren't for you if you want to listen to your files from a tiny speaker that's not even stereo. But if you want it as a source to stream or play music you can buy a Bluetooth speaker and pair it with that.
