Questionhow to switch power offi bought it today...it is difficult to power it off...on power button when i press , it comes as Hold and when i press more Hold Off ...any guidline on how to swith power off

- Answer You can use Windows Media Player, you don't need iTunes. It will also appear as a drive (like a flash drive) in the file manager so you can just copy mp3 or other audio/video files over to it.

- Answer We have windows 8.1, and use Media Player to sync files. all very easy, even my wife can do it. :) Have not attempted to transfer audio books, but here is the Sony support site answer: We cannot guarantee compatibility of audio books imported from the Overdrive software to the Walkman player. However, you can try transferring the audio books to your computer in MP3 or WMA format and then, transfer them back to the Walkman player using Windows Media Player. - Answer Hi, FM will still work with any bluetooth headphones as long as they support the same profile however this player doesn't support bluetooth connection. Wired only. Thanks. >Joffrey

- Answer Yes. standard headphone jack. You can also plug it into car aux port or cassette adapter if you have an older car with no problem.

QuestionCan it be used in car through speakers.Is it usable by either USB or by audio stereo male to male cable to play through the car speakers? My new car, my 2014 car doesn't have a CD player and apparently almost all new calls don't! So i needed an mp3 player to keep up my tunes!

- Answer Hello PatMary! Based on the specifications, this model comes with a 4G memory built-in. Since there is no slot to insert a memory card on it, it will not be possible to add more memory to the built-in flash memory of the portable player. ~Edward

QuestionHow do you power off?The answers did not help. I can't get the pause to appear on the screen when pressing the center button and the only thing I get from the option/pwr/hold button is "hold on and hold off". It should not be this difficult!!

- Answer Hello Topper, thank you for your message. In regards to your question, there is no a power on/off button. During pause, press and hold the OPTION/PWR/HOLD button.
