“I have A7iii and A6000. I’m an amateur phototog for my son’s HS football. Lighting is terrible on most HS fields. I use Tamron 70-200 F2.8 on my A7iii and want a faster, shorter lens for A6000 for when the team is close to my sideline? Will this work?”

Hi JamesMom, this lens will work with the A6000 as well as your A7M3 since it was designed for full-frame. Please note that the angle of view when the lens is installed on the a6000 with be multiply by 1.5x so the 50mm lens will become 75mm lens. The f-stop (f/1.4) on the lens will greatly help shooting in low to dim lighting condition.
