What if I don't have a HDMI port on my tv? null

Get a new TV (not sarcasm). If you are trying to use an old box TV that does not have HDMI then there is no way that is can handle the frame rate.

Depending on what type of ports you have for your tv, you might be able to find an adapter for it. Google search it to see if you come up with an adapter that is compatible for your connection. I hope this helps.
