Based on the product specs, this PS4 comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. You will have the option to purchase either a 2 year or 4 year Geek Squad Protection plan. I hope that helps!

You'll spend about 30 minutes after being on hold and then jumping through question hoops, only to have them ask you to pay to mail back their product to them. So if your USB charger goes out, just forget about it. You'll have to pay FedEx more money to ship it back than you would have to pay to go buy a new cable yourself. And that's true even if it broke the first time you used it. Pretty lame for a big company like Play Station.

Please try again later.You have a manufacturing warranty of 1 year that is purely mechanical failure due to defects (like it stops displaying video or sound or doesn't play disc...things of that nature). It will take weeks for them to either attempt to repair or if they determine it needs an exchange then they may give you a new/refurbished one. You will have to pay the shipping when sending it to them. Best Buy does have coverage available for purchase that is pretty good but you have to determine whether the cost is worth it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy sells an extended 2 year warranty for 90 dollars. It is absolutely worth it as my Destiny PS4 stopped working around the 1.5 year mark. It may have been due to a thunderstorm that rolled through. It was plugged to a surge protector but also to the Internet through ethernet Cable. The modem was also dead NO questions were asked as this warranty covers everything and a COD special edition, out of the box brand new, replaced my old one. Good luck.

Please try again later.Yes, I guess it comes with 12 months warranty and you can check at the bestbuy counter they have an offer that if you pay some amount you can extended the warranty by 2 yrs or so..better to check at the counter for more details on what all the warranty covers.
