• The model of the refurbished systems vary. The refurbished units are 100% complete units as if you bought it wrapped new. So, yes they have the eject, and power buttons. They have been sent to either Sony, or a reputable repair center. The internals are serviced, and checked over. Along with any damaged, or malfunctioning components replaced. Case blemishes may be present if they aren't major, unlike serviceable damaged units they will get a fresh case.
