Bought this due to the first blizzard of 2016 here in NYC, since I knew I would be house bond. Totally worth it to go with the refurbished ps4. It looks and runs perfect and you save 50 bucks! If your hesitant on getting the refurbished because it's not new, do not be!!!

PlayStation 4 kills it! Controller is amazing, the games are amazing, and the look of it it is simply gorgeous. 10/10!

This purchase proved to be a viable option for me. I priced matched my purchase against a local competitor which allowed me to create a bundle I wanted. My only draw back is the slight hum it makes when it's on for a while, but other than that my partner and I are having a kick playing BroForce!

I've only had the system for a month and already had to send it in to Sony to be fixed after the return policy was up the day prior to the system breaking. 14 days is way to little time for a return policy BestBuy.

My first PlayStation 4 was for Christmas then traded in because I really wanted to go back to Xbox, nothing against PlayStation I was just really used to Xbox. I really love this console over all. The fact that it was refurbished cut the price down which made this a even more of a better decision for me. When it said Refurb on bestbuy.com I was weary because I thought it was Best Buy worked on which is okay but I always like things fixed from the company in which they came. When I got to the store it was a Sony Factory Refurb. I picked that up right away and took the last one that they had. The checkout process was easy as ever (as usual) then walked out and set it up. The one thing that I would wanna note that is very important to the people who play games online is that the refurb PlayStation 4 console DOES NOT come with a Mono wired headset for online chat. I already had a PS4 headset from my last one so it was not something that effect me but it might effect you.

You always have the worry when you order something labeled as "refurbished". I chose to wait until over a month before I made a review, just in case anything were to go wrong. So far my PS4 works wonderfully. There are no marks or signs that it was used or ever broken. It also has a 1 year warranty, which was my selling point. I absolutely love the ps4 system. Especially going from an Xbox 360. Great console!!

I actually missed all the Christmas sales on bundle packages and didn't really want the games they were offering anyway. I was looking for a GTA5 bundle and it would have been more expensive to buy a different bundle and GTA5. After searching online, I discovered what a great deal this unit was. Yes it is refurbished but I ended up with the bundle that I wanted for way less than I would have paid otherwise. Great deal and works flawlessly. It also looks brand new!

I was a little sketched out to purchase a refurbished unit, but the warranty was the same so I pulled the trigger. So far there have been no problems with how the system operates. I feel confident with buying a refurbished PS4

I bought this product because it's the cheapest alternative to get a ps4. I was not disappointed. Only thing missing compared to buying new is the Sony headset, but I wasn't really going to use that anyway.

If you're looking for a great deal on the ps4 than refurbished is the way to go. The only downside it that it doesn't come with the headset but that is easily replaceable.

I had wanted a video game system for a long time but didn't have the money for one. When I was able to afford one and saw the refurbished one on sale in store, I went in and investigated. I talked to an associate who said it worked as good as one purchased straight out of the box and he wasn't lying. It has worked perfectly for me. It was an easy set up and I'm super happy with it.

I love this PS4. I bought a refurbished one and it works great! The graphics are incredible and the controller is easy to use.

Lets face it. It is always a little scarry when buying a refurbished product. I purchased this online for my son. Was a great deal cheaper than a new ps4. Low and behold it came in the mail a couple of days later and although it was not in an original sony platstation box there was no signs of wear. Works like brand new! Way to go best buy!

I've had a PS3 since the day it came out and when the PS4 came out I didn't really pay any mind to it since all I used it for was to play either Fifa, COD or watch netflix. When I finally decided to purchase it, I wasnt really too sure of what to expect from it since I don't really play a lot of games. Since the day I bought it I use it everyday and play games on it. The graphics are amazing and there are a lot of upgrades from the PS3 which make it unique. I would buy this platform over Xbox 1 any day.

Always leery about buying refurbished stuff but bought a referbished ps4 and it works great. Save a lot of money too.

When I decided to upgrade my current player status (barely PC) I went straight to this PS4. I had second thoughts on buying refurbished, but soon enough all those clouds went away. No problems, so far works perfectly well. This console provides fun for all the family (thre girls between 4 and 11), my 80 y-o father (yeap...he rocks) and myself (43). Excellent choice over which right now I have no second thoughts. Long Live Sony.

Can't complain for refurbished unit. Works as good as a new one. Service was also good - controller had a problem and Bestbuy just replaced it with a new controller.

I purchased this refurbished system for myself and immediately found it in new condition and worked just the same. So far I have not had many issues with it, however, when it gets updates it can change some of the volume settings which have to be changed back prior to the updates. Other than that, it is a great product.
