A:AnswerI purchased one of these and the x button on the controller is sticking. I contacted best buy and I have to take the entire system back to them to exchange it but they said they don't have any in stock locally now. I contacted Sony and they said that I could send it back to them for repair. It will take at least 2 weeks and then my warranty on it will be 90 days. The problem is, I just bought this a couple days ago and it has a one year warranty. So if I do this then my warranty automatically gets shortened by nine months? I'm going to take the whole thing back to best buy in exchange.
A:AnswerI don't have a picture but I can tell you it was not the original PlayStation box it was a generic white box I can take a picture of it tomorrow if you really want to see it
A:AnswerBest Buy does not offer warranties but rather Geek Squad Protection plans. This refurbished PS4 comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. You would also have the option to purchase either a two year or four year protection plan.
Thank you!
A:AnswerRefurbished means that the system was previously used, had an issue, and was returned to the company where the system was fixed and is now being resold. I prefer buying refurbished because it is essentially a new item, but at a lower cost.
A:AnswerThere are various options to use when powering down. You can make it sleep(it'll download updates and charge your controller while sleeping), or you can shut it completely down.
A:AnswerYou should be able to play a PS4 on just about any TV, as long as it has the appropriate connections. The picture quality will obviously differ from TV to TV though.
Thanks!
A:AnswerAbsolutely does!. Everything shrinkwrapped. Only way to tell the difference is it comes in a white box instead of the fancy blue box the new ones ship in.
