Best Buy does not offer warranties but rather Geek Squad Protection plans. This refurbished PS4 comes with a one year manufacturer warranty. You would also have the option to purchase either a two year or four year protection plan. Thank you!

Please try again later.The refurbished console does not come with a warranty...you do need to purchase a best buy plan...however, the refurbished console CAN be returned or exchanged in store for up to 15 days. I had this problem and returned it for another one and haven't had any problems with the other one. Good Luck!
