Refurbished means that the system was previously used, had an issue, and was returned to the company where the system was fixed and is now being resold. I prefer buying refurbished because it is essentially a new item, but at a lower cost.

Technically used, but it was meticulously tested to assure high quality. No scratches or any blemishes.
