• Absolutely does!. Everything shrinkwrapped. Only way to tell the difference is it comes in a white box instead of the fancy blue box the new ones ship in.

• It works very well. I'm not disappointed. It does not link up with the Sony universal remote I got. Internet and blu ray work fine.
