You can't because the hardware on the ps4 to read the disk is different then on the PS3 so the ps4 will not recognize the PS3 disk

Some PS3 titles are available digitally. But backwards compatibility isn't offered yet

PS3 games cannot be played on a PS4 by inserting the disc because the systems are different, although PS4 does support streaming of PS3 games.
