• No, it comes with the slim PS4, and the DS4/2. Which is the better version of the controller! Amazing. Nonetheless.

• I have done a little research because I was curious of this myself, and I have no reason to believe the listing to be advertised falsely. So if you check out some of the previously asked questions someone suggested that you may not get the headset right away because it is to come out at a later date and that it will be shipped separately when it is released; however I do not know if that is what Sony is planning on doing. But I hope my answer was at least somewhat helpful.
