Pre order is best option cause stores get limited number of console.

You are always better off pre-ordering, just to ensure you will actually get the item. For instance, my store had the special edition Star Wars console for weeks, but the Destiny console sold out right away. It could go either way. Typically, stores don't get a whole lot of extra consoles on the first shipment. If it sells out quickly, they will hopefully get more in, but then a) you are forced to wait and b) there is always the chance it will be sold out for good. I'd say pre-order just to be safe.
