- Answer Stores usually have pre orders in stock before release date... So as others have said you should be able to get it on release day.

- Answer Highly unlikely. Best Buy will release a list of stores that are doing midnight pre-order events for GOW, but it is typically slim pickings unless you live near one of the bigger, flagship stores. The closest store to me who typically does midnight releases in about an hour away. 90% of the stores do not do midnight releases for games/consoles anymore.
