Q: QuestionI just bought ps4 pro and i keep getting this twitch on my tv? Was anyone else having that issue? I switched settings and everything it was still doing it. I also tried a 4K movie and it didn't work.

• A:Answer Sounds like an HDMI compatibility issue to me. Be sure you're using 4K compatible cables, and that they're not too long. Also, if you are going through any in-wall plugs or anything else that would link two hdmi cables together, this may be the issue.

Q: QuestionHow does the pre ordering work with the best buy credit card?

• A:Answer Just order the game using the Best Buy credit card and during checkout choose either the pickup in store option or the deliver to your house option. If you choose the pickup at store option they will reserve a copy for you to pick up at a Best Buy location of your choice. If you choose the ship to your home option then it should get delivered to your home on the day of release. I believe they actually ship the game out a day or two before the release date so the game arrives at your house on the actual release date. It's pretty nice actually. Just remember this... since Red Dead Redemption 2 is made by Rockstar Games, don't be surprised if Rockstar pushes the game back to a later date. They are notorious for doing this with their previous GTA games, so don't be shocked if this happens again.

• A:Answer Yes. It does. I ask the same question at time of PS4 Pro purchase several months ago. I also checked Sony's website to confirm . All new PS4 Pro systems come with a one year manufacturer warranty. HOWEVER, it won't cover as much as a , for example, Geek Squad . Anybody that says otherwise is wrong.

• A:Answer If you’re purchasing this for your kids, then I would say go with the slim. The only added feature to the pro is that it is 4K ready, all you need is a 4k tv. I say that if you’re purchasing this for kids, its not necessary that you get the pro.
