After 3 months of purchase, I noticed a hardware issue with my device and sent it for repair. They have been keeping me waiting for about 4 months now. It has gone back and forth to the service center twice, and they managed to make it even worse. Their service is absolutely disgusting. The warranty is completely useless, as you can understand."
