Do not ever give in to scalpers on ebay--they are just a bunch of greedy thugs. I really wish Bestbuy has a policy that if you buy more than 1 ps5, you are not allowed to return them.

Just give up...
Wait until it is readily available in stores and online, save your money on any Sony product or ps plus marketplace item until then, if enough people do that they will ramp up production on the systems to get customers back. Why stress and rush buy a newer system with a little better graphics and load speed, and slowly released new games? Every new console gets 25-50% boost to speed and graphics over last model.
I have waited 5 months to get one, will wait for a sale at this rate, my friends and family are doing the same, no freaking out trying to get the newest better thing, still have plenty to enjoy on ps4, don’t pay scalpers to get in a month or 6 early for little benefit..

I’m still waiting to be able to get one. Way past the second round now. It’s been impossible and beat buys website makes it so much harder to get one. I’ve had one in my cart 6 different times and never able to complete a purchase. Hopefully one day

Yes more reservations are on the way for Best Buy, Walmart, & Target. Game stop restocked Friday September 25th but now are sold out so make sure you are prepared now by creating a best-buy account linking a debit or credit card with the appropriate amount and there is a tax fee applied at checkout when purchasing a console so keep that in mind.

I’m giving up.  I already have a full time job.  Seeing reports it could be 2024 before it is easy to find.  Will not validate scalpers. Thankfully, was able to grab a series x easily and series s is everywhere.  Why can’t Sony produce more if MIcrosoft can?  Sure there are a few exclusive, can’t have everything.

Right now ps5 has changed its ssd to 667gb(it was a rumor it comes with 867 gb). In March they will create a new internal hard drive or ssd.

Walmarts are loaded with them, you just have to go at the right time. Early morning, and the afternoon around 4-5 when trucks are being unloaded.
