Hello. So for your first question the answer is maybe. If the game is an online game say like Fortnite or Call of Duty you wouldn’t be able to play the online multiplayer. If you are playing a single player game like God of War you will be able to play that. For the second question you will be saving the to the device itself or you can get an upgraded internal hard drive or you can get an external hard drive to add more memory. Hope this helps!

If you are a PS+ member, you don't have to download games. If you have a fast connection, you can stream games that are available for streaming.
