• Mine did not. I was inclined to buy one that fit those requirements and it was not expensive. Just don't get suckered into buy a Monster Cable. They are a rip off. There are plenty of alternatives that do the exact same thing for a fraction of the cost.

• Mine came with a black HDMI cable. No Playstation logo on either end of the connectors, but it's definitely a HDMI 2.1 cable. All PS5's come with a HDMI 2.1 cable in the box.
