I don't think so. I think they make different codes for different regions. Be sure to double check before purchasing it.

I know that for sure that PS Plus Memebership is country specific, so if you purchase it from US Retailer, it's not going to work on UK ID. NOW......However there is a work around that, if you are in UK, Create a US ID and Apply that membership Code to that US ID. I had the same problem as i moved from UK to US. So what I had to do, create US ID and apply that code to the US ID. Now if you make this ID(US ID) as your Primary ID (Google it if you don't know what I'm talking about), and you can play all the games on your UK ID without any issues.
