You would need to buy a PS4 to be able to run and use the psvr but trust me you will not be sorry!! The headset is the future of gaming
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is only a "peripheral" or "Add On" and requires a PS4 Console in order to work. If you're going to be getting a PS4 so that you can use this VR peripheral, then I highly recommend you get the PS4 Pro instead of the original older PS4 models (including the "Slim"). The PSVR works much better on the PS4 Pro because the Pro model is the more recent version of the PS4 console with a more powerful graphics processor to make the VR experience run smoother. Also, if you are getting a PSVR, you might want to consider just getting the Skyrim Bundle instead because that bundle comes with a pair of Move Controllers. Some VR Games only work with the "Move Controllers". Most VR games will work with the Dualshock 4 controller but more and more VR games now require the Move Controllers to work. Just a heads up. Plus the Move controllers work very well with VR as you will now have "virtual hands" that you can freely move in the game (the added immersion is pretty cool). Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please note that this is the PSVR system only. You still need to purchase or have a PS4 already or purchase with this bundle in order to use the PSVR. PSVR is a additional peripheral to the PS4 system. To start I recommend the PS4 or PS4 Pro prior to getting the PSVR unless you buy all of them together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only thing you need with a Playstation VR is a PlayStation camera. PlayStation Move controllers are optional, depending on the type of game(s) you get. I recommend getting them. Gaming headphones are also recommended but not required. The VR comes with earbuds, but they're not good and constantly fall out of your ear. If you get headphones, invest in ones with 3D sound quality. Lots of options under $50 out there. Also, get headphones with 3.5mm jacks. No USB or wireless unless you get the one made by PlayStation ($99). Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You Need the console ps 4 pro is prefered
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is only part of it you would have to buy a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 4 Pro that's the actual console the PlayStation VR is an accessory and it's worth the money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is certainly an add-on to the PS4 system and a costly one at that. You can add the motion controllers for an improved experience but that will add an additional $99 to the bill. There really isn't a lot of content developed for it (as there should be) but it will take off.
