• Yes, it includes that box. This is also the updated box, so it works with HDR passthrough if that is of concern.

• The bundle is all inclusive, nothing extra to buy but you will need to HDMI or HDR cables , one from console to vr box and one from vr box to tv.

• There is a small box. There is an image projected into the television. Only time image isn't projected is when watching a movie that is 3D. Only person with headset can see the movie. 3D is amazing on it. Nice and bright. Not like in a theater with the 3D glasses on.
