• No the speaker themselves can not pair to each other, the newer Sony ones can though.

• These are not Bluetooth. But if you have 2(or 10) you can play simultaneously from multiple devices. As long as the chromecast are on the same network.

• No, you can not have your iPad connect to both speakers at the same time.
