YES it will, if your TV has a 3.5 mm stereo, "Audio Out" port, and you get a 3.5 mm stereo patch cord to be used between the TV and the speaker. Even if your TV does not have a 3.5 mm stereo, "Audio Out" port/receptacle you may still be able to get an adapter cord that has (male) right and left channel RCA type connectors (commonly used on TVs for decades now) that feed into a single 3.5 mm, male, stereo plug that will then plug into the back of a Sony SRS-XB2 portable Bluetooth speaker.
