No. Unfortunately, Sony SRF-M37W FM/AM/WB Walkman | SKU: 8692471 does not feature automatic timed shutoff, sleep timer or auto power off function to conserve AAA battery power. Sorry. However, don’t despair. I recommend Eton Traveler III FM/AM/LW/Shortwave Pocket Radio for your automatic timed shutoff needs. Please note that Eton Traveler III features a 1-120 minutes auto shut down sleep timer, buzzer and radio alarm clock, snooze function, local and world time display, thermometer, FM band Radio Data System, auto tuning storage, orange LCD display, built-in 50mm mono speaker for music, news and weather forecast information sharing, 3.5mm Headphone Jack for private listening and shortwave band reception for international emergency communications reception during any nightmare public endangerment scenarios.
