• Yes. There is a portable digital tuning radio than can record FM/AM programs to an SD memory card in the MP3 format. With that in mind, the Sangean PR-D8 Portable Radio Digital Recorder will time shift radio programs for your needs. The Sangean portable radio does not offer HD radio reception. Good Luck.

• No. Currently, Best Buy does not carry any radio within the portable audio department that can record programming off the FM, AM, and/or HD radio bands.
