Q: QuestionI've heard that the Sony portable speakers sound loud and great when plugged in to a wall outlet but when using only the battery the actual wattage used drops considerably,resulting in a weaker,less loud sounding speaker.Is this true?

• A:Answer based on my experience not at all. it shakes the bed with me on its internal, rechargeable battery power.

• A:Answer Yes it works hands free calls. I answered my phone calls with this unit while I'm working on interior remodeling! Very clear sound, when I'm done with the call it just come back to play by it self what ever I was listening to before.
