• Sony Factory Refurbished. The box and console have Sony Refurbished stickers (you know, the ones that go "void if removed").

• Appears to be Sony. The box it came in says Sony Factory Recertified, had a serial number sticker and warranty information from Sony.

• I think it was refurbished by best buy, all i can say is make sure to buy the warranty, lol i got mine and its been good for 2 months so far but you never know
