Hi Mikee, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, pairing these speakers directly to a receiver/amplifier is not supported. The SA-RS3S wireless rear speakers are designed to be paired with the Sony HT-A7000, HT-A5000, and HT-A3000 soundbars. The speakers automatically connect to the HT-A7000, HT-A5000, or HT-A3000 soundbar when you power them up, so you can enjoy cinema-quality surround sound right away. Regards, Jess

No these only work as surrounds for either the Sony HT-A5000 or HT-A7000 soundbar.
