Do they work with HT-S40R null

Hi there, Thanks for your inquiry! Unfortunately, no. The SA-RS3S wireless rear speakers are only compatible with the Sony HT-A7000, HT-A5000, HT-A3000 soundbars, new ES Series lineup and STR-AN1000 receiver. Pairing these speakers to any other soundbars is not supported. Regards, Jess
