No. As far as I know, it works with the Sony A3000, A5000 & A7000 sound bars.

Hi BMS1, Good question. Unfortunately, no. The SA-SW3 subwoofer is designed only to pair to HT-A9, HT-A7000, HT-A5000 or HT-A3000 soundbar. Hope this helps.
