Hi Broncobilly, We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue connecting your SASW3 subwoofer to your Sony HTA8000 soundbar. If you have not yet started setting up the speaker system, Use the app to start the setup for the speaker system and optional speakers. During the setup process, the app will guide you to connect optional speakers. If you have already completed the setup of the speaker system and you're still unable to establish a connection, please follow the troubleshooting steps below: Ensure Both Devices Are Powered On: Make sure both the soundbar and the subwoofer are turned on. Check the Wireless Connection: The SASW3 subwoofer connects wirelessly to the HT-A8000 soundbar. Ensure that the subwoofer is within the recommended range of the soundbar and that there are no significant obstacles or interference sources between them. Verify the Connection: Once paired, the indicator light on the subwoofer should stop blinking and remain solid (green light), indicating a successful connection. Make sure that the firmware of the soundbar is up to date. Reset if Necessary: If the subwoofer does not connect, try resetting the soundbar. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance. Unfortunately, due to the current Bestbuy phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now.
