“I first bought them and connected to the phone I had I recently switched phones and the Bluetooth won’t connect and the last phone has already been reset. How can I reconnect Bluetooth????”

• Hold the power button until it goes into "Bluetooth Pairing Mode."

• You must set it to "pairing." Turn the earbud off, turn the phone's bluetooth on and scanning, and push the earbud's power button on and do not let go until you hear "bluetooth pairing." This should initialize the process. Look into your phone and connect.
